How can your organization partner with Mercer?

Student Volunteers

Connect with the Center for Community Engagement. Reach out to students through the online volunteer portal, BearPulse, and apply to participate in our annual Volunteer Fair each August by clicking here.
Service Learning Courses
Partner with faculty for a semester through Service Learning courses, academic courses that use service and critical reflection to teach classroom learning objectives. This is an excellent opportunity to complete a long-term project over the course of a semester. Visit for more information.
Community-Based Research Project

Work with faculty on a community-based research project. Share your needs and engage in research with students and faculty that meets a need of your organization while also fulfilling academic objectives. At Mercer this is called Research that Reaches Out. Visit for more details.
